Every engagement.
These aren't policies that vary by project. They're the terms under which every Sterk Labs engagement runs.
Upfront pricing
Every engagement is scoped and quoted before work begins. The price is agreed in writing; nothing is added on during development without clear communication first. No hourly billing, no post-project surprises.
Full ownership
For every build, your code is stored in your own account on GitHub (the platform developers worldwide use to store and share code). Your site is deployed to your own hosting account, not ours. Every login and access credential is handed to you at close. The site runs without us from that point: no ongoing contract, no monthly platform fee, no leverage.
Transparent process
Scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing at proposal stage. At every stage of delivery, you know what's happening and when.
Small by design.
Sterk Labs takes on a small number of engagements at any one time. This is intentional: quality of attention is the product, and that degrades at volume.
